Straight answer
How we make our money
Every other portal hides this, so we will say it plainly. We do not charge you commission, and we do not charge you for listing your stock.
We earn in two places. First, from buyers at auction, who pay a buyer's premium on the price they bid. Second, from agents who want their own website, software and hosting, which is a paid service.
That is the whole model. It means we are paid when a sale happens, or when you choose a service — never simply for being on the site.

- Is listing really free?
- Yes. Up to 100 live listings costs nothing, and we take no commission from your sale. We earn from buyers at auction, and from agents who choose to buy their website, software and hosting from us.
- What counts as a listing?
- A property that is live on the portal. The band is measured on how many you have live at one time, not on how many instructions you take in a month. There is no charge per instruction, and nothing to pay when a property is sold or withdrawn.
- What happens if I go over my band?
- Nothing is removed. Your listings stay live and we get in touch about moving to the next band. We never take a property off the portal because of a plan limit — a vendor's home disappearing would be our fault, not yours.
- Do I have to buy the website and software?
- No. Listing with us is a standalone service and you can use it on its own. The website, CRM and hosting are a separate product for agencies that want their own site rather than a storefront on ours.
- Why is the auction plan priced per auction?
- Because live video is the real cost. Every person watching a sale needs bandwidth, and every sale is recorded and stored. The price follows the schedule you run, not the number of staff you employ.
- Can I leave?
- Yes. The website and software plans are month to month unless you choose the yearly price, and you can export your listings and your data whenever you want to.
